  I have to shop here more than I care too... Simple for the convenience of it. Today was no exception.... They have some staff that I have gotten to know through simple shopping here and I love to see them! But today's rating had to do with my experience this morning. I was looking at an item in the jewelry case. I stopped who I could assume was a higher up (by the attire and many devices for communication that they tend to sport to show their ranking...) I asked for assistance with an item in the case. She called for an associate to come to the counter-something that is normal practice for this dept. Fast-forward ten mins and 4 calls later and still no associate had showed up; that "higher up" had passed by me, herself at least three times since the first call, along with at least 10 other associates some of who kindly advised that an associate would be right up. No one came to the counter. I got tired of waiting and had to be somewhere so I checked out with the items that I already had in my cart and left. I advised the cashier that I will be making my purchase online and have it delivered to my door in 2 days instead of waiting in there jewelry dept for that amount of time. GOOD JOB WALMART YOU LOST A SALE TO AMAZON!
